Welcome new Run Leader Tiffany!

Good news everyone! We have a new club member who has volunteered to be a regular run leader! This means more group runs for our running club. Her name is Tiffany and she has a strong running background having run 12 marathons, and 2 ultras. She is also a certified RRCA coach.

Since she has so much distance experience, she will be leading a long run on Sundays. Her long runs will start Aug 26th, be around 10 miles long*, and take advantage of the Virgil Gilman Trail. She will also be leading a Friday night run of varying distances that will primarily meet at Waubonsie Lake. Check out the Schedule to see these upcoming runs.

*as always, members are welcome to run more or less then the scheduled distance.
